After arriving and finding the King room at 84 degrees, I contacted the host and they moved us to another room. It worked out because one of the travelers had to cancel because of a death. The room they moved us to was a queen room, which would not have held the 3 of us. However, it was fine for the two. The new room was cooler which was great, and the host was readily available and responded to our needs. Best mattress ever!
