The mattress was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor it needs a topper on the Balcony was old buts in the ashtray that had been there for a while

Room location was great with Lake Views at front. it was adequately clean , location is great with easy access from the town centre and surrounding attractions
Its a bit dated, the cover of sofa bed was not clean at all. the rooms are too close or the partition between rooms is not insulated enough so you can hear most from the next room. main sliding door to the balcony had gaps where the joints were and the night was very windy and room became instantly cold. Mattresses are very old, and not so comfortable. there are more rooms than parking spots at the back, once we went out for dinner, someone else parked their car at that spot and we had to park ours at the side street.
