In an environment classified NATURA 2000 and located at the foot of the medieval village of Castelnau de Montmiral, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", this high standing villa will enchant you. Nestled in the heart of the park of the Château de la Durantie and its vineyard, in a private residence composed of 6 villas, this fully air-conditioned house will envelop you in well-being, comfort, calm and pleasure.
It blends in perfectly with the existing buildings of the castle. With a careful decoration, it offers you all the modern comfort. With family or friends, you will particularly appreciate the private swimming spa open all year round, to take a few dips or relax in the warm water while reading a good novel or admiring the starry Tarn sky. Finally, to taste the local specialities, you can go to the various local producers' markets, including the one in Castelnau on Tuesday mornings.

We just had the most wonderful stay at this lovely house on a new estate of mixed house styles. It was so lovely to have comforts we are used to at home, such as an American fridge freezer, induction hob, etc. The rooms were very spacious, especially the bedrooms, and very appointed with loads of storage and nice bathrooms. Jeanne was very helpful, both before we left and whilst we were on holiday. The local villages are gorgeous and the village shop in Castelnau was very well stocked to allow us to self cater as well as eat out in local restaurants. We had a two week holiday, and have come home completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa pool is good, the kids (aged 9) may have preferred a proper pool. but also enjoyed the jets and lights, I used the swim jets every day. A car is completely necessary as there is no where to shop or eat within walking distance. We flew to Toulouse and it was an easy drive of just under an hour. All in all we would highly recommend this lovely place, and would love to go back again.
