We had to stay in Salt Lake City for a month for medical care, and this was the perfect place. It is extremely close to all the sights and amenities of downtown. There is a light rail station just outside the building, which provides great access. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us for our stay. It was clean, quiet, modern, and safe. We made good use of the fitness center. We will try to stay here again when we return.
All good.

Good cooking facilities,Hot water comfortable bed, close to the metro system and shops.
Neighbourhood felt safe and inviting.
Paper box had prepared a local guide which was useful.
The automated checkin system. When I originally booked that was not in place. You were supposed to pay a deposit to get your checkin details and it would not accept my uk credit card. A bit stressful as I didn't have a us sim card to make phone calls so was huddled in a corner using airport wifi.
They were great and sorted it and sent us details anyway eventually.
