Spacious home located in a quiet area with 4 bedrooms, on Canada side! Only 15 minutes walking to the Falls (1.3 km), 7 minutes walking to Clifton Hill, many restaurants, and many other points of interest.
Easy access to highway, public transit and GO bus station.
Free coffee, coffee mate, sugar, salt, pepper etc.
Free parking for 2 cars.
No PARTIES or EVENTS!
Washing and drying machine both are on site
High speed Wireless internet
Smart TV
Level 1 charging available for EV (e.g. Tesla), please bring your own Mobile Connector.
Guests must comply with house rules which listed in the booklet.
Minimal noise between 9pm and 8am!
Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors, and keep outside noise to a minimal level at any time
Food and/or drink is not allowed in any bedroom
For safety purpose, there are 2 cameras installed OUTSIDE only.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older.
Please check your email at least 2 days before your arrival for detailed checkin instruction.

House was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Nice that it was within walking distance to the falls and town.

Would surely recommend this property. Clean and roomy, quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance of the Falls and Clifton Hill. The walk may be a bit long for older folks (more like 20-30 minutes) or for the very young, but for the most part it is along level, side-walked streets. Not many sites can accommodate eight guests. We were very fortunate to come upon this lovely home.

Great property. Very clean. We were able to walk to areas of interest. Host allowed us to park and check in early. Grill was appreciated. Property was just what we needed.
