*At "Holly Creek Cottage" there is access to Bald Head Island Club Temporary Memberships. You must join as a temporary member. Temporary membership fees will apply.
*Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied. Please check club websites to verify all temporary membership pricing as rates may change.
*You have access to Golf with the membership for an additional fees, please contact BHI Club directly for more detailed information.
*NO SMOKING allowed at this property.
*This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee for two dogs is $350.
*Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
*Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
*Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
*No events or parties. If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
*If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
*No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***

We loved our stay at this house! There are a few things that stand out in particular. It was incredibly clean and did not feel cluttered at all. It was well-stocked with cooking essentials and also had nice bonuses like beach chairs, bikes, and towels in case they were needed. I love the location; it’s close to the marina, the market, and the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. The only downside was that there were only two full bathrooms, but we knew that going in. I would recommend this location without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Holly Creek Cottage. The house was as pictured and we had ample room. It was nice to have beach towels and chairs available for our use. The location was perfect and the back screen porch was ideal for nighttime visits with our family. The front porch was lovely for morning coffee and golf cart watching!
The only suggestion is a better grill. The sign at the house states not to use the grill within 10 feet of the house; yet, the grill is electric (and does not work well) and has only a 5 foot cord.
I would highly recommend Holly Creek Cottage for a small family stay.

We had an outstanding stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a retreat. The location couldn’t be better—convenient to everything you need while still offering plenty of privacy and relaxation.
What really stood out was how well-equipped the home was; every detail seemed considered, making it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay from the moment we arrived. The outdoor spaces were just as enjoyable as the interior, perfect for unwinding after a day on the island.
The iTrip team was exceptional throughout—responsive, professional, and quick to address any questions or needs. Their communication made the entire experience seamless.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier Bald Head Island getaway.

My week-long stay at the newly constructed Holly Creek Cottage was awesome. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing great meals. We enjoyed the adjoining family/dining room. Bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The screen porch on the back of the house overlooks the BHI golf course. The front porch was a relaxing place for drinks and conversation. Two golf carts and two bicycles made it easy for us to get around the island. I would definitely rent the cottage again for future vacations on BHI.
