Charming apartment located in the heart of Palermo with a panoramic terrace overlooking the historic center, located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator.

The accommodation, bright and modernly furnished, opens onto the living area from which a large furnished terrace can be accessed, perfect for lunches and dinners outdoors. The living room consists of a dining table, double sofa bed and television. The open plan kitchen includes an induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area consists of a double bed and a second television, and is separated by a panel from the living area. A bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet completes the layout. A few steps lead up to an upper terrace, from which it is possible to admire the domes of the city's churches and the Palermo harbor sea.

Guests can enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, an iron, and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.

*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

*Upon arrival or a few days before, guests may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. All information related to your booking can be found in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful art cities in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers the marvel of UNESCO heritage sites located within its four historic districts. Tourists can follow the "Baroque Itinerary of Palermo" to visit the city's most important monuments, such as the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto, and the Church of the Conception. Additionally, the city offers the opportunity to take part in the "Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets," allowing guests to explore the famous markets of Ballarò and Il Capo, where food—whether a full meal or a quick snack—must strictly be enjoyed using only your hands! This tour will also give visitors the chance to admire significant buildings, streets, and squares.

Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive away.
