Como Lake & Mountain is a beautiful, newly built lake and mountain view apartment with private entrance and garden, located on the top floor of an historic villa, dating back to 1906: the view, brightness and immersion in the greenery are ideal for complete relaxation just outside the city center of Como. The house has a stunning lake view from every room, and the two terraces are equipped for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

The air-conditioned apartment, equipped with triple glazing for soundproofing, has 2 magnificent private terraces, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, a large living room with double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, 1 bathroom with toilet, washing machine, dryer, iron and everything you need.

An ideal apartment for romantic stays, but also for families, nature lovers and those who love to visit Como staying out of the city chaos, just minutes from the lakefront, restaurants and shopping venues. Pets are welcome.

To move to/from Como:

- Street parking is free and is only a few meters from the apartment; upon request it is possible to
rent a private and covered car box/garage
- Bus stop, bus number C30 and C31, is located 50 meters from the house in direction of Como
- Through the trail "Sentiero da via Torno a Villa Geno", which it is possible also find on google
maps, you can quickly reach the lakefront in 5 minutes
- We will give you all the info about cabs and boats at check-in

NB: For the maximum comfort of our guests we would like to point out that there are two flights of stairs to access the apartment and that the property is located outside the city center and on the ancient and panoramic Via Torno, the road that goes from Como up the lake to Bellagio, which is quite narrow and, in places, has no sidewalk.
