The Homestead has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining room, sun porch, and kitchen. The kitchen has three refrigerators, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots and pans, ice maker, silver ware, and dishes. Two bedrooms have two sets of bunk beds. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and one of those bedroom's has a bunk bed. Sheets and towels are furnished.

February 13-15, 2026 Kathi, thank you for having us you have such a beautiful place. It was perfect for our daughter‘s wedding. The scenery was perfect for her outdoor magical theme wedding it rained, but the house was big enough to bring the function indoors. The scenery is so beautiful and Miss Kathi was very helpful with electricity and Wi-Fi going out in the middle of the night due to the thunderstorm . We appreciate the accommodations and again we enjoyed your house. The plan is to return in the future Lomas Family BRACKETTVILLE TX 2026

We loved the charm of the home. The rustic, ranchy, decor was right up our alley, and the home was spacious and cozy. Our host was an excellent communicator, and we appreciated her!
