You’ll love the natural light that pours through generous windows and sliding doors, leading to a wraparound deck and a cozy screened porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening breezes. The well-equipped kitchen makes family meals a breeze, while the comfortable living space offers plenty of room to kick back after a day in the sun.

Downstairs on the ground level, the fun continues in the expansive game room with a pool table, movie room for family film nights, and direct access to the stunning, newly remodeled pool area. The integrated hot tub, mix of covered and open deck spaces, and private entrance to the outdoor area create the ultimate backyard oasis. A laundry room adds convenience, and a private exercise room—equipped with a Peloton bike and full weight set—is also available for guest use via a secure keyless entry.

Bedrooms and Baths
On the second floor, guests will find a variety of comfortable sleeping arrangements to suit every group. The king master suite offers restful privacy with its own ensuite bath and deck access. A cheerful bunk room includes its own private bath, making it perfect for younger guests. Two additional queen bedrooms share a well-appointed hall bath and also enjoy easy access to the deck for fresh air and quiet moments.
