IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

The location is amazing, so close to the beach with gorgeous sunsets, and lots of food options. Everything is new, clean, and beautiful. I will point out there is currently construction directly outside… literally 30 ft across the street which was somewhat annoying. The parking stalls were a pain. I had to climb over the seats to get out due to how narrow the spots are.Be warned if you plan to use the sleeper sofa… the supporting boards kept slipping and falling down while using the bed so it would drop and we’d have to take the bed apart to fix it repeatedly.There isn’t anything that can be done about the parking or construction, just be prepared.The staff was extremely conscientious, quick to respond, and very helpful. They checked in on us via text to make sure we were doing good and didn’t need anything else. The property provided everything we needed and we were able to prepare meals and do laundry.It would have been really cool if they had a few bikes available for guests to use.We will absolutely rent from Fieldhouse again in the future!

The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused.
