As mentioned in an earlier evaluation of the VRBO process, this was the first instance of my using VRBO where the host contacted us prior to check in to ensure we had no concerns. This was so welcome as I wasn't sure how to get to the property and the host representative was so helpful. Previous occurrences the host has been very difficult to contact resulting in difficult check in. Excellent work Conner!
