Inside, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a private upstairs suite with sitting area, tub bathroom, loft workspace, and direct access to the pool via an outdoor staircase. The fully equipped kitchen features high-end Thermador appliances, and dining options include indoor seating or al fresco by the pool.

Optional pool heating is available for $90/first day and $60/after day one (September-March). $45 a day (April-August) per day. Hot tub available year-round.

A super great host and rental, our stay could not have been any better! Everything was in perfect working order, and the house is fully remodeled with very high end finishes and expert craftmanship. The house is a half block from a great beach, and a couple minute walk to the best dining, nightlife, and shopping in Long Beach on 2nd Street, and a short walk to groceries; you can park your car for your entire stay and just relax. We searched for other properties after we saw this listing but couldn't find anything as perfect as this was for us, we had a wonderful time and plan to book again.

This house looked great in the pictures, but was even better once we arrived. House had everything we needed and we were truly able to relax. House was clean and had nice finishes and truly felt like a high end beach house. We slept as good in the beds as we do at home. Bathroom finishes were great and done with great taste. Hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We visit family in Long Beach quite often and we re hoping in the future to stay here every time we visit. Would highly recommend this spot.

Everything we expected and more - great location, beautiful pool/spa and lots of space. We will be back next time in town - worth every penny!
