Outdoor furniture was dirty.

We were 8 adults (and 2 dogs), staying in the area for a wedding. The first thing I noticed when we got to the house was that is was spotless. It also has a warm vibe, not sterile like some vacation rentals can be. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of little extras: coffee, tea and creamers, condiments, a jar of lollipops on the table, games, a fire pit (full of wood and ready to light - unfortunately we didn't have time to use it). It is also convenient to the highway and the town of Catskill. Very happy to have booked our stay here. A great value for the money. Would definitely recommend it the others!

We had a wonderful experience at the house. Jeanne was incredibly communicative with any questions we had, and the place was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

The only recommendation I would make is an instruction sheet for how to use AC/Heat units.
