Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay in this newly renovated basement suite, ideally located near shopping malls and at the heart of Richmond Hill. Everything you need is just minutes away, making your stay both convenient and enjoyable.

Explore nearby parks like Mill Pond Park, perfect for peaceful walks, morning jogs, or relaxing family picnics. This serene setting offers a refreshing escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

Our unit features two spacious bedrooms and all the comforts of home:

Guest Access
Guests have access to one dedicated parking space, located in the middle of the east side of the driveway.
Please park in a way that allows another car to park behind yours and ensure enough space in front for garage access. The driveway is long and spacious.
Entry & Security
The main entrance is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive a unique code via the Verbo app, which ensures only you have access during your stay. This code is reset between guests for added security.
Other Things to Note
Please note that we have two friendly dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Bichon Frise) who occasionally use the backyard. As a result, backyard access is not available to guests. Kindly take this into consideration when booking.

They were wonderful hosts! It is a lower level apt but noise from upstairs was minimal. Location was convenient and amenities were good. Would definitely visit again.
