The food and drinks in the tavern were excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make us happy. There's a large yard with flower gardens, and a pond and the back meets a stream.
The only thing I'd fix is the water pressure could be a little higher

It's beautiful, well-kept, and in a fantastic area. Quiet and comfortable.
I have no complaints at all.

The historical buildings, the incredibly beautiful surroundings, the quietness of the village.
Nothing.

The area the hotel is in is absolutely gorgeous. Stunning village. The room was beautifully decorated and very big.
The staff seemed fairly clueless and unapologetic when things went wrong. When we got to our room there was poo in the toilet. The jacuzzi bath didn’t work (although they did kindly call ahead to let us know about that). Dinner at the restaurant was ok but they forgot some sides and took so long to bring a glass of wine that we just cancelled it. On the first morning of the stay we went to breakfast at 8am however nothing had been put out, so no breakfast provided. Very poor.
