Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral, direkt in einer hübschen Fußgängerzone mit vielen tollen Restaurants und Geschäften. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist der kurze Fußweg: Zum Flughafen‑Taxi sind es etwa 8–10 Minuten, zum Bahnhof rund 15 Minuten.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und hochwertig renoviert. Allerdings gibt es nur eine einzige Klimaanlage für alle Räume, wodurch es in den Schlafzimmern etwas warm wurde.
Nur eine Aircondition, für alle Räume.

Good location at the end of the busy street, quiet in the evening. Easy check-in, good communication with the owner. The apartment is renovated, spacious, decently equipped.
I appreciate the beach equipment (towels and parasol).
2 small complaints. In the house, the reconstruction of non-residential spaces was taking place since morning, about which the owner should have at least informed us. And with such a rental price, the guest should not have to make the bed linen off.

irritating weird call from the owner teying to boot us out early after agreement for late checkout from management.

Great location right next to main streets, close by restaurants and shops. Its rather small apartment and really tight, although smart interior for the stay - ideal for 3-4 persons.
Checkout is 10h, while check-in 16h, really weird compared to other standards and during summer season alternation of checkin/checkout times is hardly available.
