Room with a view

Clean bedding, clean bathroom. Friendly host

Everything here was extremely comfortable. The room was spotless, and the bathroom was well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. The interior was elegantly decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host was very kind and provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was also very convenient—just a short walk from the train station and very close to the ferry terminal. There is even a self-service laundromat right around the corner downstairs. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely choose this place again in the future.

Nothing

The location was absolutely perfect for how we had planned our holiday. It was literally 2 minutes walking distance from the train station and less than 2 minutes walking from the harbour where we took our ferry from for day trip locations. Very comfortable room, clean bathroom and all amenities. The landlady was helpful and very nice to talk to. There was no iron or an ironing table in the room but was promptly delivered to us upon request. The landlady was staying in the adjacent apartment so that was convenient and reassuring. Lots of good restaurants, convenience stores in the neighbourhood. We took a bus (also very convenient and quick) to the next neighbourhood (Vietri Sul Mare). The bus stop was right in front of our apartment. Overall, we had a fabulous time in Salerno vis-à-vis Room with a View!

There were no plates, knives or spoons available in the room and we were not supplied any by the landlady even after requesting her, which we thought was very inconvenient. Anyhow, we eventually bought whatever was missing or needed in the room from the nearby supermarket.
