Great apartment! We stayed here for a month as a couple, and everything was very comfortable and convenient. The apartment has all the necessary appliances (washing machine, microwave, toaster, hairdryer), and there is enough kitchenware for cooking. The fridge is on the smaller side, but with a bit of effort, you can fit everything you need in it :) There is a beautiful view of the city from the bedroom and the balcony! We also really appreciated the layout of the apartment — instead of one large studio, there is a separate living room and bedroom, which makes the space much more comfortable. The host was very nice and responsive whenever we had any questions. There are small grocery stores nearby, but they have everything you might need, including fruits, vegetables, meat, etc. There are also several nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The city centre is about a 10–15 minute walk away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay — the whole month was very comfortable!

It's not something we didn't like, just a suggestion: it would be great to have more comfortable chairs on the balcony instead of stools, so that you could fully enjoy the beautiful view :) Also the apartment is located on a hill, which gives it a wonderful view, but getting back means walking uphill on roads that are not always well-lit. However, this is more a matter for the city rather than the apartment itself :)

Очень симпатичная и удобная квартира с современным ремонтом, есть все необходимое, включая тостер (для меня это важно), хороший дом с лифтом, чистый подъезд, балкон с видом на горы - особенно красиво вечером. Место отличное, магазин в том же здании, один из лучших районов города. Очень отзывчивый хозяин, спасибо ему за заботу и внимание.

Одно только хотелось бы пожелать - добавить в ассортимент посуды бокалы для вина, мы их не обнаружили.

Truly a place crafted with love! Art pieces, attention to detail in everything, good quality things around the apartment. All in all a very well thought through experience, it felt like I stayed at a friends house. All the appliances necessary for a comfortable living, even the less obvious ones, were there and in good shape. Loved the balcony, the views; the neighbours are lovely people and I enjoyed chatting with them through the balcony. The place was clean and ready for me to move in

The only thing that I wished was better was the bed - I am used to sleeping on firmer mattresses, so a week here was perfect, but I’m afraid my back wouldn’t be grateful for a longer stay
