The ski lift is right outside the door. The staff are wonderful and very nice, this was one of the best parts is their warmth and kindness . We were able to arrange snowboard rental very easily through them.
Getting to the building is not easy with luggage as you need to walk through snow and uphill the first hill of the mountain to get to the accommodation. There is no road access when it is snowing to lodge making it inconvenient with luggage and kids to get to.

Its just a step away from Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort.
They don’t have elevator😕
So we need to bring our luggages way up to the 3rd floor where our rooms located.
