The location was great as we needed to be close to Bumrungrad Hospital. The front staff were very kind and super nice to us. We also thought that the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have laundry facilities in the room.
The couch was very small and uncomfortable. We did have issues with the shower (but they did fix it when I told them about it). It is on a very busy street, so it was quite noisy (not the fault of the hotel- just information to know)
