Fireworks and famous clock tower clearly visible from room balcony, staff is always smiling and welcoming, clean room and bathroom. Although hotel was not our first choice but one of the limited available options on our travel dates (27 - 30 Dec), we were glad to have a decent stay.

1. Breakfast - The Hotel does not have an inhouse restaurant. They have tied up with nearby cafe for breakfast. On check in, we inquired whether the cafe had any vegetarian options in menu which they denied so we did not opt for breakfast option. 2. No respect for 'Do Not Disturb' sign - Since travelling with my wife, privacy and safety is paramount. On second day of our stay, we had to leave for an early tour so we put in 'Do not disturb' signage on the door since we left all our luggage and valuables unpacked. To our surprise, when we came back we noticed water bottles, tea and coffee bags replaced which meant someone entered the room when we were away, which is completely unacceptable since we did not made a clean up or refill request. What was even more shocking was that the bed was not made up or room was not cleaned so it can't even be that the housekeeping staff missed the Do Not Disturb sign and entered for cleaning. 3. Location - Though the hotel is located very near to Kiss Bridge and from the backside of hotel, fireworks from the show are also clearly visible, but the lane in which the hotel is situtated is almost a dead lane. Hardly any other functional shop, cafe or hotel in that lane. Almost took few minutes for buggy drivers to understand which hotel we wanted to go to. 4. Hand soap smell - The smell of hand soap in bathroom is extremely bad. Need to change whichever brand they are using.
