Quietness is the top I liked. Very nice construction thick walls good isolation of hot weather and noise as well. Very close to the beach and market. There is public shower at beach. It is just a little walk to a beautiful restaurant at seaside and a big supermarket and if you rent a car gas station is just around the corner.
The children play area is unnecessarily large. Half of tree shadows can be arranged for people to stay at evening. There needed to be cloth hanging in the balcony.
