Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, alles da was man braucht.
Super Lage, schnell an Restaurant/ Cafés/ Bäckern wie auch der Metro. Vom Verkehr hört man kaum etwas.
Liegt zusammen mit einem Restaurant im Hinterhof, dadurch ziehen die Essensgerüche bei offenen Fenstern in die Wohnung. Auch der Hausflur riecht danach.
Kein Aufzug vorhanden.
Keine richtige Dusche vorhanden, es fehlt die Wandhalterung für den Brausekopf. Man muss also einhändig duschen.
Zimmer relativ dunkel da kein Tageslicht einfällt.

The apartment is located near the city center, just a few minutes' walk away, so if that doesn't bother you, you can easily walk to most attractions. The apartment has been recently renovated and is well-equipped and spacious, perfect for a large family. Parking availability is a plus.
Escape room with key finding but it was fun.The room had a key to find, but it was fun. There was no direct private parking, but street parking was possible for us.

Wonderful location and a beautifully refurbished apartment.
The only growth area would be kitchen equipment: more and bigger pots, a cutting board, etc. Also, the water in the kitchen runs rather slowly. No problems in the bathroom, however.
