Close to everything and really modern. Breakfast is generous with variety and staff are helpful and lovely!

This hotel is located on a very busy and lively pedestrian (mostly - watch out for the occasional bicycle!) street. We had just arrived from the US and the hotel was a pretty easy 80-minute drive so this was a good first two nights for us.
First, the young man who met us was out of sight. So welcoming and friendly, an attitude that set us up nicely for our three weeks in Albania. Breakfast outside was very pleasant. Proximity to museums and central Shkoder was terrific.
Very happy with this choice.
We had to leave early to get to Komani Lake and there was some miscommunication and we didn't really get breakfast on our last day. No hard feelings because the people who work there are all very kind and caring. Stuff happens sometimes.

The location and parking.
Loud music until after midnight.
Walls are thin. Couple fighting at 2:00 and 4:00 kept us awake.
Courtyard needs to be cleaned. Cat jumping up on table and eating leftover food was gross.
