I liked the fact that it's very convenient
The fact that I didn't have a key so the room was constantly unlocked and explanation on how to lock up in the case of someone going out would be ok

It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the MKM stadium
Only one member of staff behind the bar who had to make a phone call for someone to message me through the booking.com app.
Is a 10 minute bus journey into hull town centre
Didn’t supply travel cots for babies/ toddlers
