It was in a great location, near to the sea & Sheringham High Street, also the railway. The property was clean, well maintained and had everything you would need.
The only thing was the lack of a toilet on the first floor, the property could have done with having the toilet there, not on the ground floor.

The accomadation was spacious. It was clean and had everything you needed. Location was perfect just a few minutes walk to the high street and seafront. Although there wasn't anything parking provided it was never an issue. You could always park close by. Large tesco just round the corner.
The shower and toilet facilities weren't the best. The shower was pretty small so wasn't alot of room . The toilet being seperate and downstairs could be a bit awkward. But otherwise no issues.

Our host was friendly and promptly responded to any of our queries very quickly. House location was wonderful, very clean and comfortable.
Bed was not as comfortable as thought. Our major disappointment was the bathrooms as there's only a very small shower upstairs and a bath & toilet downstairs! Especially not good as it was advertised as two bathrooms house.
Also, having a washing machine would be great, especially if staying more than a few days...
