This little studio has everything I needed for a months long stay. The building amenities are great and it’s centrally located in Sea Point. The studio was spotless when I arrived, and Florence is wonderful to interact with. I’ve been quite cozy here for my month in Cape Town.

Had everything we needed. Very small and compact, perfect for 1 or max 2 people. Very clean and great location

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this apartment. The amenities are exceptionally good. Absolutely everything was provided: a washing machine, sitting area, and kitchen equipment like an oven dish and a French Press, perfect for enjoying coffee on the small balcony.
The location is fantastic! The area offers a huge selection of great cafés and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and secure here, especially since there was always security present in the reception area.
We had a great time and can warmly recommend this accommodation!

So many places to grab a bite and the beach is all within walking distance.
Weekly cleaning would've been great.
