My stay was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I felt truly at ease among the other students.

It was close to King's Cross. The room was OK
The reception could not find my booking in the system for 3 hours. Oh ,they found it when I asked for full refund .
They also tried to send me to the hotel which I must pay myself because they didn't see my booking in the system.
