The location was great. There was a lot of space for us to move around. The kitchen had the necessary appliances. Good storage in the bedroom for clothing etc. quiet neighborhood at night.

We were there for 2 weeks. They supplied 1oz of dish soap ,1 dishwasher puck. No paper towel or napkins. No salt and pepper, or anything else. Only enough hand and body soap for a couple of days. The worst part was how uncomfortable the bed was! I ended up with bruises. We finally switched the top and bottom mattresses which helped a bit. The toilet in the master suite stopped working (maintenance people did come quickly to fix it) The sliding door on the 1/2 bath would not shut nor open (stuck half way). It should be better maintained!

It was great that the hosts allowed us to do an early check-in, considering that I am traveling with my aging parents. Check-in instructions were very clear and convenient. Unit itself is well maintained and in a very solid and old building. Location was fabulous, near to the cathedral and walkable within the historic district and waterfront. Transportation is easy access to Tram 28 which takes you to several metro stations. Food was wonderful in Lisbon! Hosts were great and easy to communicate with! Great value!

The floor going towards the main toilet was damaged and could cause splinters if not careful. PLEASE FIX IT! Also the sliding door of the guest toilet is very difficult to close. And last but not critical, you can remove the small console table that is broken and unusable.

unclear instructions on how to get the keys. They do not allow for early check in whatsoever. you can't store luggage and they didn't send me the instructions on how to get in until after check in time and I had to message them. The soap dispener was not working and their solution to me was to send a guy to fix it while i'm away. That was the ONLY solution. I told them i would need soap dropped off and they said no. Until i put my discussion with them in Booking's system did they offer to bring soap. Very bad value for what you get.
