It was beautiful comfortable accommodation with everything that we needed on hand. It was close to all the local attractions.

A beautiful old house by the river. Comfy bed and clear checkin instructions.

The owner wasn’t around very much as she works elsewhere. The breakfast set up was very unclear - I worked out that it was a serve yourself cereal & toast which I was disappointed with for a bed & breakfast in such a foodie paradise as the Huon valley. Used dishes were left out on tables all day. It would’ve better to have a tub to put them in?

A beautiful historic property with a colourful garden. Room overlooking river, very quiet, lovely spacious room, very comfortable bed with luxurious bed linen. Good location with nice cafes close by & options for dinner.

That it was close to the wooden boat centre as I was attending a boat building course.

It was very cold. The check in process was difficult as I didn’t get the how to check in details on the app like most other bookings until after I had checked in and I had accidentally written my number wrong so I didn’t get the text. Partly my fault but there was no back up of getting it on the app in case of this issue. There is usually not someone there at check in time which makes it really difficult if you have any issues. On one occasion I had to let other new guests in as they were having difficulties with getting inside/checking in also. One person had been waiting in his car a couple of hours to get in. Breakfast was included but was only between 9am and 10am so I was only offered bread, cereal and tea and coffee as I was heading out before then. Bit disappointing as this is included in the price, I probably would have stayed somewhere else to save a bit of money if I had of known this.
