Location and ease of communication. Quiet part of town. walk everywhere easily.
Hard to lug old bodies out of lounge room furniture.
Outside garbage bin was overflowing and looked like it hadn't been put out for some weeks.

We stay here we regularly...
Its a clean comfy big house
To get to 3rd bedroom you have to go through bedroom 2. For us this isn't an issue but it could be for some people.

The house and location was great.
The house was a little cold, so a heater on would have been nice, and a layout of the house would have been great, as we didn't know about the 2nd Toilet.

The apartment was very tidy and clean
The property is old and tired and I expected a dishwasher
