Clean, reasonably sized with a washing machine, my son thought the bunk bed was great.

Arrival time noted on reservation, we then provided half hour notice before arrival, stood around for over an hour (with a child and an elderly lady) in a neighbourhood that felt unsafe, sending messages via what’s app, booking.com, the check-in app and I sent an email, trying to work out where to go and how to get in, when I finally got a response (with no apology), they told me it would be another 40 minutes before someone would come and meet us. I told them that was unacceptable and someone was there about 10 minutes later, she was polite and apologetic. She also had to return and deliver additional towels and bedding as there wasn’t sufficient for 4 people. Kitchen had very basics for cooking, no corkscrew, wine glasses, oil, salt. As stated neighbourhood felt unsafe, it was a good 5 minute walk to what felt like a nice area or restaurants and bars.
