The facilities were good, everything that would be needed was there, everything listed was there and more. It looked lovely and cosy. It was clean, other than the spare quilts. The seating was comfortable. On suit bathroom very much liked. Nice size TV with use of smart fire stick. The WiFi was good, had no problems. Most appliances in good working condition. The host met us at the caravan on arrival. The site was mostly quiet and peaceful. Lovely helpful staff. The shower was nice, good temperature. Plenty of storage. Plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes.

The beds were uncomfortable, mattresses worn, we put the spare quilts on the bed to lie on for more comfort, but the spare double quilt was urine stained. The pillows could also do with replacing, they were flat. The blinds in the bathroom were lying on the floor, broken, we had to balance them up and try not to knock them off whilst using the toilet, there was no privacy without them. The small slide open cubby door for the gas was open and wouldn’t close as was broken. The private gate was awkward to open and close and the main stump attached moved. The coffee table was wonky, moved side to side. The oven didn’t work very well, didn’t get hot enough

The property itself self was beautiful I have no complaints about the service or the caravan

It had no central heating so it was exceptionally cold, one of the kids came home with a cold we had to have the fire on round the clock and the condensation made everything damp. But the host and the decor and everything we needed was great.
