This room had everything we needed for a weekend stay while we attended a wedding near East India DLR stop. Was really good to have our own bathroom and a comfy bed in a quiet location. I booked at the last minute and this was fantastic value for money.
The front door is quite hard to close, and you need to lock it behind you each time you close/open it - it might be good to have a sign up to remind people so it doesn't get left unlocked

40/50min walk to excel - easy to get to and back from. Clean and basic. Very comfortable bed. Minimal fuss checking in and out.
Late night road works on first night of stay - obviously through no fault of the accommodation.

Location was good
Struggles to open front door but was later fixed. Extractor fan very noisy and hanging off the wall. No proper instruction/direction of the amenities, for example no sign to tell you which of the room were the toilet and bathroom and kitchen. There was a power failure on one occasion. That was very frightening while I was in the bathroom

"It was a great stay with great neighbourhood, peaceful and noiseless. Helpful host."
