Estaba impecable todo, la cama muy cómoda y el depto en general cómodo. lo único que no nos dejaron ni un escobillon ni bolsas de basura. supongo que se les olvidó, después muy lindo todo

I like the location and the building itself. There are pools, and everything is very convenient.

However, the apartment itself was worn out and dirty. The outlets for the kettle and toaster didn't work; we had to take them to another place to use them. And the toilet button was stuck – it wouldn't flush! My wife immediately washed the floors and all the door handles, as they probably hadn't been cleaned for long time. There was mold in the bathtub, black mold, which is unsafe for people. I get the feeling the host doesn't care about what people think of him. I wrote to him about the broken outlet and the toilet, and he said they would be fixed after I left. He didn't offer any help. On the last day, when I asked to check out at 3:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM, he refused and suggested I pay extra. But I reminded him about the problems with his apartment. He said, "So what?" I then added that we had even washed his floors for free. He said we should have told him about the dirty floors right away. Sorry, but I didn't have time to write to you; we cleaned up and tidied everything first thing in the morning. In the end, the host offered to "exchange" my 5-star review for a late checkout.
