Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people.
The apartment has a 140x190 (Double) bed and bunk beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a filter coffee machine,.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet are separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🅿️ A private parking space is available in the residence. Parking is also possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

The apartment was in a very good location, just five minutes walking from the city center and in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean and there was a large living room. You can park your car for free. Would recommend!
