Loved the stay. Everything we needed. So close to downtown. Very clean.Host was great. We will be back.

The host was great. The instructions were easy to follow. The cottage though small was clean and contained all that was needed for our stay.

Host communicated very well. It turned out that the place was close to everything we needed to accomplish on our trip, which pleasantly surprised us. Place was clean, quiet, and to ourselves. Much better than a hotel. Had all the amenities we needed. Very well done! We would rent again. A nice touch was the children's book written about Roxaboxen Park (kitty corner from the property) which we walked over to see and the story came alive. Interesting! Thank you to our hosts.Orville and Georgia

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located guest house in the historic Century Heights neighborhood. Within walking distance from restaurants, bars, nightlife, Colorado riverfront, and hiking trails.

Perfect for all traveling professionals coming Yuma. Located minutes away from the hospital (Onvida), mall, and athletic complex (the PAAC), and MCAS

Fun kitchen, stocked with basics, for extended stays. Free street parking. Guest house has private outdoor sitting area with fire pit, and a common area with pergola and grill.
