Truly satisfied with the stay from service to cleanliness, everything was top-notch. Would definitely recommend to others the overall experience was smooth, and the environment was calm and safe

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the multi-lingual staff were very friendly, professional and accomodating. The room service was good as well. We were on the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise and doors slamming throughout the night, so I don't recommend it for light sleepers. Otherwise, good deal for the price. For travelers that pay through Orbitz, prepare to provide proof of payment in case it is asked for. Also, good to call the hotel ahead of time because the address that shows up in google and apple maps is very close but incorrect. We had to ask for directions quite a few times before we found it using the address listed in Orbitz.
