One bedrom Lakeview Cottage ... Inviting ...relaxing....cozy... Angellique's Lakefront Tiny Haven tastefully remodeled lakeview cottage at Clearlake-largest natural lake in CA. Sits on 1 1/3 acre unique property with access to private pier, dock & boat ramp. Common usable private grassy area with beach area. Perfect for family with watersports toys available to rent on site- pontoon boat, jet/ski boat, tubing, stand up paddlebards, kayaks, pedal boat- so much to do -spend quality time with friends and family. Other amenities: Corn hole, croquet, ping pong, card games, swings, hammocks and much more. Portable firepit & BBQ Gril available to guests.

We stayed for 2 days for my wifes birthday. Our family dog (chihuahua) was very welcomed in the vacation home and pet deposit was a reseasonable price. We utilized a BBQ pit both days to conveniently cook steak and seafood right outside of our cottage. The tiny home was very clean and modern with a cozy feeling. Extremely comfortable bed. The only down side is there's no access to water unless you rent a water toy. But very quant town, big fishing population, and the locals are friendly. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Misleadingly called a lakeview cottage at lakefront property, but this place is one of several small cottages across the street from the lakefront property, in what used to be a small trailer park. Advertised ping pong table and pedal boat rentals were not available because it's not summer, yet these were still advertised. Not enough hot water for two showers and dishwashing, to which Angelique did not bother to respond. Also not enough towels. And the couch doesn't face the TV. Generally not a lot of effort is put into this place.
