We were a group of six adults who had booked two rooms, each with three beds, and we were charged for three beds in each room. However, while making the reservation through Booking.com, I mistakenly selected two adults for each room instead of three When we arrived, the front desk lady did not speak any English, which made it difficult to explain the situation. She was insistent that a third adult would not be allowed in the room. After a lengthy discussion, involving her daughter as an interpreter over the phone, we were finally able to have the third adult stay in each room. We had to negotiate an additional $25 charge as well. Overall, we were not happy with the experience, especially since it took almost an hour to check in, with no other guests in line.
