The annex was immaculate and well equipped and very comfy and it is on one level which is helpful for those with mobility issues. It was very near to a pub and local shop which was handy and central to all the places we wanted to visit.
The only small negative was that there wasn't really any enclosed outside area to let our dog wander and other people left the main gate to the road open on a few occasions.

We loved the whole property being on one level. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was especially comfortable. The location is perfect for not only the beach but shopping in Chichester or Bognor
The property was quite warm, probably because its south facing and had the sun on it all day, the bi folding doors were great but it meant the dog was on the lead at all times

It was beautifully presented, lovely and clean and spacious and comfortable.

It was a lovely ‘shed’ for a short visit. Facilities were just what was needed. Helpful that we could take the dog. Very handy for Chichester and the Downs.
Low sofas and bed for older guests but ok for a short stay.
