Smart toilet, smart locks, air conditioned rooms, all were a plus. We also loved the fact that it is only 10-15 mins away from Tagaytay City Veldrome where we had to be for our kids' Karate competition. Kuya Jil, the caretaker is also very nice and attentive to our needs.
A little downside though were the double beds on the 2nd floor bedroom that creaks everytime our kids move. Although it can be fixed by welding, a small and quick improvement for the next guests. :)
