Beautifully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath upper unit with complete kitchen and large living area for chillin South of the Border style! Awesome 360 degree view with patio's front and rear. The best sunsets in Mexico! Cholla Bay has great ATV and UTV riding as well boating and fishing! The beach is steps away from the condo. This condo is perfect for couples or small families! Walking distance to JJ's Cantina and local restaurants!

Pleasant stay; relaxing. Apartment was close walking distance to a nice quiet beach. The road out to Choya Bay is rather bumpy, fast driver will mess up their shocks… The only other bump in the stay was that the wifi was unavailable for the duration of the stay, and the televisions don’t work(?) idk couldn’t figure them out. Altogether a good experience as we were mostly just wanting to get away from the everyday hustle. Thank you host Scott.

Cozy, bigger than what it looks like in the pictures! Great place over in Cholla with good views and close to JJ's. Great view of R. Clyne's house too! I gave four stars for cleanliness because there was just sand all over the floor, but you're in Penasco the whole place is covered in sand. Everything was great and would definitely stay again

Welcoming to pets, yes. Place was dirty when we arrived, contacted owner and they made arrangements the next day to have it cleaned, towels replaced, and clean linens. Parking was safe. Surrounding area was very safe.
