This little house could be very cute with some updating. The good: things were clean -- the beds/sheets, the floors, the counters, etc. The mattresses were decent. We loved the little electric fireplace that made things seem warm and cozy on a cold winter's day.The bad: it didn't seem like the house had been deep cleaned before renting. There were lots of smears/smudges/scuffs on the bottom of doors, or, on the edges of doors, there was lots of built up grime. The bedframes were pretty squeaky. The "antique" decor didn't bother us, but this house does need some updating.

Perfect for what we needed. The location was also great for us, just a few blocks from Central Standard Brewing, and downtown

This property was adorable. Loved the antique touches and especially enjoyed the Mortal Kombat game! Would love to come back in stay for our next Wichita trip!
