The property was nice and clean. Looks quite new. It was well located for an event we needed to attend at the Tampa convention Centre. A 10 minute walk to the street car and you can get off right outside the TCC.
Best thing was it’s just down the road from a fabulous Cuban bakery - great Cubanos, pastries and empanadas!
We would certainly have no problems renting the house again if we’re ever in the area.

Our stay was very nice. The house was exactly as listed and was clean. It's not in the nicest area but we didnt have any problems. It was close to 7th street and easy access to main roads. The only thing we felt it could use, was some tables in the 2 bedrooms to put things on and more than 1 towel pp for a 5 day stay.
