This is a smoke free home. There is a $500 fine for smoking or vaping in this home. If activities like this are discovered within the home, you will forfeit your entire damage deposit.

If it is found that 7+ people are staying at the rental at any time, renters are subject to removal and forfeiture of VRBO rental contract.

We enjoyed staying in this sparkling clean updated older home. Beds were comfy, appreciated amenities like shampoo and snacks that were included, great communication from host. Location is great for convenience—very close to 264, easy drive to airport. If you are looking for a neighborhood feel, this is not it, it’s in more of a business park, but that didn’t bother us. Would rent again!
