This apartment can accommodate 2 people, ⚠️ access to the bed on the mezzanine is via a fairly steep ladder.
The bedroom has a 140x190 (Double) bed and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
The kitchen was completely renovated in mid-November 2024 for your greatest comfort.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Charming building in the middle of town over the canal. The unit is spacious and well kept. Access was straightforward once we arrived (lockbox). A couple critiques: the fold-out couch did not seem to work and seemed partially broken. Also, and this may be a VRBO thing and not specific to this unit, confirmation on the VRBO site does not finish the booking process. You have to pay separately through a different website. That could have been more clear via a message in the app.Overall, I would definitely recommend the unit. It is a nice value and the hosts were friendly.

The property could not be any more conveniently located, and the views from the patio are tremendous.
After checking out, a concern for bed bugs arose as a large number of bites began to develop across my face, neck, and hands. This did not affect my husband who slept in the bed below. The presence of bedbugs could not be verified, as we had already checked out. The hosts were notified and they responded that nothing was found during cleaning. I would advise that a cautious decontamination be performed.
