This one-of-a-kind vacation property offers the safety and security of being located on a 20 acre private lot inside of Alamosa’s #1 campground, with 24-7 support from the Base Camp Family Campground staff! This spacious 2100 square-foot ranch house is located just a short drive from the Great Sand Dunes National Park (you can see the dunes from the house!), and about 7 miles from Alamosa, which has over 60 restaurants, Walmart, Safeway, City Market, etc.

This property was fantastic for our family. The view is incredible. The beds were comfortable and the host was friendly and a good communicator. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and in a great location to Alamosa and the Sand Dunes. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay ! A helpful host with great suggestions! The place felt like home. We were expecting a shady RV park but the park was well kept with new RVs. The home is privately located at the end of the park with it's own space.The sand dunes are a 35 min. scenic drive.
