- A summer kitchen
- A covered area for sheltered outdoor dining
- A natural pergola
- A 4x7 m swimming pool (1.50 m deep) secured by a fence
- A play area (swing, slide)
- A chicken coop with 4 free-roaming chickens

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
